My own decade-long journey through severe depression and anxiety taught me that true mental health recovery isn't just about feeling better—it's about becoming strong enough to build the life and relationships you deserve. I know what it takes to climb out of a dark place and stand on solid ground.
I now use that hard-won wisdom to guide you. Drawing on insights from my own recovery, my understanding of nature, and mental health education, I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space to help you heal yourself and your connections with others.
